Debby Hall is a Knoxville-based watercolor artist who creates gorgeous, thoughtful pieces under the title Art for Saving Grace, shared in a variety of forms, from personal note cards to inspirational Bible verse cards.
A former speech pathologist, Debby found that, in retirement, she finally had time to pursue her passion for painting and to share the beauty of God’s creation in color. Whether painting mountains, flowers, birds, or landscapes, she creates with the hope that people feel joy when they see her work and connect with the beauty around us.
Debby has a special place in her heart for the children of Uganda living on the streets with limited access to social services. She donates the net proceeds from art sales to a nonprofit charity, Saving Grace in Uganda, that rescues these children, provides medical care, food, education, and housing, and offers hope.
